Delivery boy yields P1.2-M shabu

CEBU CITY – Instead of transporting parcels, a 43-year-old delivery boy was selling drugs in different areas in Bohol province.
After weeks of surveillance, Peter John Dote was arrested in a buy-bust operation past midnight on Friday, Jan. 30, in Purok 5, Barangay Libaong, Panglao.
Police seized from the suspect 182 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P1,238,008.
Intelligence monitoring showed that the suspect was responsible for the proliferation of illegal drugs in the town of Dauis, Panglao, and Tagbilaran City.
Police said the suspect was allegedly selling 200 grams of shabu a week.
The suspect was also arrested in 2019 for illegal drug charges.
