Young man convicted of robbery arrested in Muntinlupa

Police arrested a young man who was convicted of robbery in Muntinlupa on Jan. 28.

Alias Zient, 20, was nabbed at his residence in Purok 6, Sitio Aplaya, Barangay Sucat, Muntinlupa.

The operation was conducted by the Southern Police District's the District Mobile Force Battalion, District Special Operations Unit, and the Makati and Muntinlupa police.

Presiding Judge Wehrly Gutierrez-Mendez of the Muntinlupa Family Court Branch 8 issused the warrant of arrest for service of sentence against Zient on Jan. 23 for a robbery case.

Zient was tagged as the Makati police's No. 5 most wanted person for January.

He is detained at the Muntinlupa police's custodial facility pending the return of the warrant to the court.

Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, SPD district director, said, "Our success today is a result of the integrated efforts of our district units and city stations."
