Parked cars damaged by toppled tree in Pangasinan

A TOPPLED tree damaged several parked inside the Manaoag Church in Pangasinan.
A TOPPLED tree damaged several parked inside the Manaoag Church in Pangasinan.
Several parked vehicles were damaged after a large acacia tree toppled inside the Manaoag Church in Barangay Poblacion, Manaoag, Pangasinan on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 29.
Among the vehicles damaged were a Nissan Terra, Suzuki Ertiga, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Grandia owned by faithful from Baguio City and Metro Manila.
Their owners were attending Mass when the incident happened.
Authorities said the tree appeared to have collapsed due to old age.
Cost of repairs is yet to determined.
Nobody was reported injured and police secured the area and placed damaged vehicles under their custody for proper disposition and documentation.
