The Parañaque City government announced that the Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) will implement a temporary road closure on January 31 to make way for the Caracol Procession, which will mark the launch of the Buen Suceso Jubilee Activities and Buen Suceso Youth Day 2026.
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez said devotees and youth members are expected to gather early for the Caracol Procession of Nuestra Señora del Buen Suceso, which will begin at Sta. Monica Church.
The colorful and prayerful procession will proceed from Sta. Monica Church to San Dionisio Chapel along Quirino Avenue, drawing parishioners, community leaders, and youth organizations in a celebration of faith, unity, and devotion.
In line with the religious activity, the TPMO will temporarily close Quirino Avenue, from Sta. Monica Church to San Dionisio Chapel, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Motorists are advised to take alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion and to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the procession.
The Caracol Procession, known for its vibrant music and rhythmic steps, symbolizes thanksgiving and renewed spiritual commitment among the faithful.
