Over the weekend, German Ambassador Andreas Pfaffernoschke graced the vibrant Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo City, joining Senator Risa Hontiveros and Senator Bam Aquino in celebrating one of the country’s most spectacular cultural events.
The Dinagyang Festival, renowned for its colorful street parades, pulsating drumbeats, and dazzling performances, is a tribute to the Santo Niño and a showcase of Iloilo’s rich cultural heritage.
