Tribu Sicablun Quatro bags back-to-back Dinagsa street dance title

BACOLOD CITY – Tribu Sicablun Quatro bagged its second straight title in the Dinagsa Festival Street Dance Competition in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Sunday, Jan. 25.
The winning group representing Barangays Sicaba, Luna, and Zone 4, bested eight competing tribes this year and took home P200,000 cash prize.
They also bagged minor awards – Best in Costume, Best in Sound/Rhythm, Best in Performance, Best in Choreography, and Most Disciplined. They won P25,000 cash prize for each category.
First runner-up was Tribu Tinambi Tres, second runner-up was Tribu Tibanda, and Tribu Bucad Burgos was third runner-up.
Individuals whose creativity and technical expertise elevated the overall quality of the competition were also honored.
Awardees were Best Choreographer Ronie Besana and Jason Pajunting, Best Sound Composer Brandy Duplian and Brand Paul Dupluan, and Best Costume Designer Michael Balquin.
