Man wanted for murder for 26 years nabbed

Police arrested a 63-year-old man wanted for murder for 26 years in Barangay Calaocan, Angadanan, Isabela, on Sunday.
The suspect, Lucas, was apprehended on a non-bailable warrant issued in 1999 by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 16, City of Ilagan.
Lucas was arrested through the combined efforts of the Benito Soliven, Isabela police and intelligence units from the Isabela Police Provincial Office.
The suspect is undergoing documentation and court processing.
The Isabela Police Provincial Office said the arrest proves that authorities will continue to pursue wanted persons no matter how long it takes.
