Fifty Philippine native tree species, including endangered and critically endangered varieties, will soon cover the Eco Forest in the Parklinks estate owing to the tree planting activity, spearheaded by Ayala Land, Inc. and Eton Properties Philippines, and participated by the students of Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS), on January 22, 2026.
The Eco Forest, an urban sanctuary with 12,000 native trees, wetlands, and a Miyawaki-planted zone, is not just a green project but an ecological sanctuary that supports biodiversity. Planted in multi-layered tiers, the forest will support urban wildlife while enhancing carbon capture, air quality, and climate resilience. The Eco Forest is a core green feature of the 35-hectare Parklinks, a 35-hectare mixed-use property master-planned to be the greenest estate along C5 road in Pasig City.

“Parklinks represents our strongest commitment to building environments that uplift lives whilerespecting the natural landscape,” said Christopher B. Maglanoc, senior vice president and Estates Group head of Ayala Land Estates Inc. “By dedicating a significant portion of the estate to parks and ecological spaces, we are creating a healthier, more resilient community that future generations can enjoy.”
The green portion spans 35 hectares, or 50 percent of the total land area of Parklinks, which will be dotted with parks, open spaces, and nature-centered amenities. The estate prioritizes walkability, wellness, and ecological connectivity in sustainable city living, now deemed possible in Metro Manila.
“For residents of Parklinks North and South Towers and The Lattice, living in Parklinks means having true, everyday access to nature—not just views of green, but real parks right at their doorstep,” said Hans Lopez Vito, vice president and head of Brand Experience and Strategy - Residential Business Group, Estates, and Corporate of Ayala Land, Inc.

Alongside the Eco Forest, the Parklinks landscape will include the Eco Esplanade, a riverfront social spine; the Eco Terraces with walking and cycling paths and viewing decks; the Eco Center, a central open lawn for community events; and the Eco Park with family-friendly gardens and learning spaces.
In February, the new Parklinks Experience Center will invite visitors to explore these sustainable innovations up close, paving the way for the next generation of sustainable cities.
As the estate’s first locator. Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) will be transferring to Parklinks for the school year 2026-2027.
“We are celebrating our 30th year, and so it is timely that we are moving this year. Parklinks is a green estate, with developers who are forward-thinking and are investing in the next generation, so we are happy to relocate here,” said Joy Abaquin, founding directress of MIIS. From 600 students, MIIS is projecting a school population of 1,500 in its Parklinks campus.
Vito also shared that the Ayala Malls will open next year, with the merchants to be announced in the coming months.
