Pangasinan told to brace for cool weather

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – Weathermen advised people in this province to prepare for cool weather as the ‘’amihan’’ or northeast monsoon may intensify in Luzon this weekend.
They said temperature in Pangasinan and Northern Luzon may drop to 16°C in the early morning and late evening.
The Dagupan City government reminded senior citizens, young children, and individuals with pre-existing health conditions to take extra precautions against cold-related illnesses.
People were encouraged to wear warm clothing, ensure access to hot meals and drinks, and monitor weather updates.
City officials urged communities to check on vulnerable family members and neighbors during this time.
