Police said the truck was negotiating a turn when it passed through an uneven portion of the road, causing the weight of its cargo to shift to one side and the vehicle to overturn.
The truck driver sustained minor abrasions following the incident.
A crane was used to lift and upright the tractor head during clearing operations.
The city’s Command, Control, and Communication Center (VCC3) said traffic was slightly affected as personnel unloaded the cargo and transferred it to another truck.
Authorities said the stalled truck was fully cleared from the area as of 9:15 a.m.
