A fire broke out at a commercial establishment near Monumento Circle in Caloocan City on Thursday, Jan. 22.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) - Caloocan Central Fire Station said the fire started at 12:40 p.m., and was raised to second alarm at 12:56 p.m.
As of this writing, firefighters were still trying to contain the blaze.
Meanwhile, the city’s Public Safety and Traffic Management Office (PSTMO) advised motorists to avoid Monumento Circle as the area was temporarily closed to traffic due to the ongoing fire operation.
