Motivated to claim their back-to-back crown and 14th overall this season, the Junior Altas stamped their class with Daryll Torio leading the way to disarm the Brigadiers in three sets that took just an hour and eight minutes to complete.
Torio, a Palarong Pambansa standout, notched 15 points on 11 attacks and four aces to earn the Best Scorer nod, while last year’s Finals MVP John Lat chipped in nine points to lead Perpetual’s offense.
Also starring for the Junior Altas were Limuel Valderama and Gabriel Macatuno who added eight and six points, respectively.
