K-pop boy bands ENHYPEN and Alpha Drive One grabbed the first two places on the weekly physical album chart with combined sales of 3.1 million copies.

ENHYPEN released their seventh mini-album “The Sin : Vanish” on Jan. 16 while Alpha Drive One launched their debut album “Euphoria” on Jan. 12.

Korea’s Hanteo Chart released the ranking for its weekly album chart for the period Jan. 12 to 18.

ENHYPEN’s “The Sin : Vanish”  topped the weekly album chart, garnering sales of 1.65 million copies, equivalent to a physical record index of 2.01 million points.

“The Sin : Vanish” sold the total copies in just three days. It sold 1.65 million copies on the first day of release.

Alpha Drive One’s “Euphoria” placed second with 1.44 million copies in sales or a physical record index of 1.57 million points.

Hanteo uses the physical record index to rank albums by combining album sales and price.

ENHYPEN prepared events related to their new album. They will meet fans through the blood donation campaign in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross.

Donors who donate blood at three blood donation centers (Sinchon Center, Gangnam Station Center and Seongsu Center) and at blood donation buses located throughout Seoul by Jan. 25 will receive a special souvenir prepared by ENHYPEN.

Meanwhile, Alpha Drive One’s members are Junseo, Geonwoo, Arno, Leo, Sangwon, Sanghyeon, Xinlong and Anxin.

“Euphoria” sold 1.13 million copies on the day of release.

Seventeen’s unit DxS, composed of DK and Seungkwan, garnered third place. Their first mini-album “Serenade” sold 598,718 copies or a physical record index score of 715,746.06 points in the first week of release.
