'Save on your 2026 real property tax' – Parañaque LGU

The city government of Parañaque is encouraging property owners to take advantage of discounts and flexible payment options for the 2026 Real Property Tax (RPT) by paying early and on time.
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez said that the City Treasurer’s Office, headed by Anthony Pulmano, announced that taxpayers who settle their real property tax early each quarter can enjoy a 10 percent discount and avoid interest charges.
Olivarez added that payments may be made conveniently online through the city’s official portal at https://citytreasury.paranaquecity.gov.ph/.
Pulmano, for his part, reminded taxpayers that to avoid interest, payments must be made on or before the following quarterly deadlines for 2026:
• 1st Quarter: March 31
• 2nd Quarter: June 30
• 3rd Quarter: September 30
• 4th Quarter: December 31
He also said that a 10 percent tax discount will be granted for quarterly payments made during these periods:
• January 1 to 20
• April 1 to 20
• July 1 to 20
• October 1 to 20
The city government also announced that a tax amnesty program is currently available, allowing property owners with unpaid real property taxes to settle their obligations without penalties or interest if they apply and pay on or before July 5, 2026.
Pulmano advised interested taxpayers to personally visit the Parañaque City Treasurer’s Office to process their applications.
He warned that late payments will be subject to a 2 percent monthly interest, stressing the importance of paying on time to avoid additional charges.
The city government reiterated that the timely payment of real property taxes helps fund vital local services and development projects, while allowing taxpayers to save through discounts and amnesty benefits.
