Dizon orders repair of damaged roads in Gumaca

GUMACA, Quezon – Secretary Vince Dizon of the Department of Public Works and Highways has ordered the repair damaged roads here.
Mayor Webster Letargo met Dizon during an inspection of the Maharlika Highway in Quezon Friday and discussed the matter.
Letargo, in a Facebook post, said Dizon instructed newly installed DPWH Region 4-A Director Carol Pastrana to allocate funds in the 2026 and 2027 budgets to repair the road.
“Kahit sa maikling panahon na aming pag-uusap, ramdam natin ang dedikasyon at malasakit ng kalihim ng kagawaran,” Letargo said.

Dizon, with local officials and the DPWH Region 4-A, also inspected the construction of the Lopez Viaduct in Lopez, Quezon.
