BACOLOD CITY – The skeletal remains of a two-year-old boy who went missing during the onslaught of typhoon “Tino” in La Castellana, Negros Occidental last November were discovered two months later in Hacienda Taborda, Barangay Robles, La Castellana on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
Police Major Romulo Gepilango, La Castellana police chief, said a resident noticed the cord of his electric drill partially buried in the ground.
The resident pulled the cord out and a human skull and a purple sando shirt with yellow trim on the neckline and shoulders emerged.
