Parañaque LGU distributes livelihood assistance to 162 beneficiaries

The city government of Parañaque continues to strengthen its support for local livelihoods as it distributed financial assistance to 162 beneficiaries on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez said 132 beneficiaries received ₱10,000 each, while 30 others were granted ₱15,000 for livelihood renewal.
The assistance was released through the awarding of cheques, aimed at helping small entrepreneurs sustain and expand their income-generating activities.
The mayor added that the program was made possible through the partnership of the Parañaque Cooperative Development Office and the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office, ensuring that qualified beneficiaries receive timely and meaningful support.
He emphasized that the livelihood assistance program reflects the local government’s continuing commitment to empowering Parañaqueños.
The city government assured the public that similar programs will continue as part of its efforts to support the growth of small businesses and improve the quality of life of every Parañaqueño.
