"One thing is certain. As SP, I will act on it with dispatch, fortwith!" he said in a statement.
When asked if there's any preparation on his part, he said: "That's putting the cart before the horse."
"Meron bang impeachment? Pareho bang papasa sa HOR? (Is there an impeachment? Will both pass in the House of Representatives?)" He added.
While there has been no filed impeachment complaint against President Marcos, Malacañang said the President is prepared to face any that may be lodged.
Castro, however, maintained that the President never stole public funds and reiterated that it was he who initiated the investigation into the massive flood control corruption. She said Marcos did not breach public trust, and he never had a "Mary Grace Piattos" in his undertakings.
