Operatives of the MPD Delpan Police Station arrested the suspect during an intelligence-driven manhunt operation at Gate 1 of the Parola Compound in Barangay 20, Tondo.
Police identified the suspect only by the alias “Dom,” a resident of Dagupan Extension, Tondo.
He was arrested by MPD Delpan Police Station 12 personnel led by Lt. Ferdinand Omli.
