Las Piñas LGU honors nine employees for 40 years of service

The city government of Las Piñas recognized nine city hall employees who have dedicated four decades of service during a simple awarding ceremony held at the Las Piñas City Hall quadrangle on Monday, Jan. 12.
Las Piñas City Mayor April Aguilar led the recognition program following the regular flag-raising ceremony, commending the awardees for their unwavering commitment, professionalism, and loyalty to public service throughout their 40 years in local government.
The awardees were City Assessor Engr. Ramon S. San Pedro; May S. Cetra; Annabella A. Manalang; Ma. Cristina D. Madridejo; Carolina M. Cartagena; Jessie Tereso L. Trajano; Rowena F. Villatito; Engr. Nestor R. Bay; and Urban Poor Affairs Office (UPAO)–Estate Management and Development Office (EMDO) head Walsur S. Espinosa.
They received cash incentives, certificates of recognition, and tokens of appreciation as a gesture of gratitude for their decades-long service.
Aguilar said the honorees serve as an inspiration to both veteran and younger employees, emphasizing that their perseverance and dedication significantly contributed to the efficient delivery of basic services to Las Piñeros.
She added that the nine employees have devoted a large part of their lives to serving the people of Las Piñas, and that their dedication reflects the values of integrity, hard work, and excellence in public service upheld by the city government.
