OPM singer Rob Deniel gamely answered questions about love during a media conference to promote his post-Valentine concert dubbed "The Rob Deniel Show" at the Araneta Coliseum on Feb. 27.

"In love ako sa lahat. (I am in love with everyone)," said Rob when asked if he is in love these days at the press conference held at Viva City.
On the status of his relationship, Rob answered, "I'm doing good. Marami ang nagpapasaya sa akin. (Many people make me happy.)"
A self-proclaimed hopeless romantic, Rob passionately proclaims his unwavering belief in the concept of forever in love and relationships.
"Naniniwala ako sa forever. Example na lang yung parents ko na mahal na mahal nila ang isa't isa. Grandparents ko mahal na mahal din nila ang isa't isa so yun ang patunay na may forever. (I believe in forever. My parents are just an example of how much they love each other. My grandparents also love each other very much, so that's proof that forever exists)," he said.
Rob shared his insights with singles who want to find connections and enjoy relationships. "That too will come. Just stay positive in love. Even if you are single, it will come too."
Solo concert
For the first time, Rob will stage a solo concert at the Big Dome, a venue that once existed only in his dreams.
The singer from Laguna stated that he wants his Big Dome concert to be unforgettable. He acknowledged the pressure of staging the concert but is confident that he will deliver a great show.
"Hindi mawawala yung pressure. Pero tiwala naman ako sa sarili ko na makakapag perform ako ng maayos. Iniisip ko ngayon paano mapaganda ang concert ko," he said. "Gusto kong makita yung mga tao na nagwawala sa Araneta during my concert. (The pressure will never go away. But I'm confident I can perform well. I'm now thinking about how to make my concert better. I want to see the people going wild at Araneta during my concert.)"
Rob's journey is one of passion, persistence, and undeniable talent. What began as a young musician experimenting with melodies in his bedroom has now grown into a full-fledged OPM success story.
Over the years, Rob has carved a unique space in the industry with his signature retro-inspired sound, soulful vocals, and honest storytelling — a combination that has consistently captivated millions.
His rise to fame accelerated through a series of viral hits that showcased both his artistry and versatility. From early breakthroughs like “Miss Miss,” and “Ang Pag-ibig,” to the more recent fan-favorite “RomCom” — a track that took social media by storm — Rob has proven his ability to create songs that stick, resonate, and inspire.
Rob continues to expand his artistry through reinterpretations of classic OPM, earning widespread praise for his heartfelt renditions of “Ikaw Sana” and “Nandito Ako.”
His modern yet respectful take on these beloved hits introduced them to a new generation of listeners while honoring their legacy, further solidifying his range and musical depth.
All of this momentum built up to a career-defining moment at the recent RAAA Concert, where Rob surprised fans with the announcement that on Feb. 27, he is officially headlining his first-ever major solo concert, The Rob Deniel Show, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Tickets are now available via Ticketnet.
This upcoming Big Dome milestone marks a significant leap in Rob’s already remarkable journey — a celebration of his growth, his music, and the unwavering support of fans who have been with him from his breakout days up to his recent triumphs.
As Rob Deniel steps onto one of the country’s most iconic stages next year, he isn’t just performing; he’s making history in his young career. And for fans, one thing is certain: this is a concert they will not want to miss.
Special guests at The Rob Deniel Show have already been announced, which include Arthur Nery, Ashtine Olviga, Janine Teñoso, Ms. Pops Fernandez, and Mr. Ogie Alcasid.
In September 2025, Ogie expressed his deep appreciation for Rob, who delivered a stunning rendition of his beloved 1989 ballad "Nandito Ako" at a Wish 107.5 event, leaving audiences in awe with his emotive performance.
Ogie believed the surge in music listeners came when they either listened to his version or Rob's rendition, whose cover has been viewed more than 37 million times on Spotify.
"They have no choice. It's either Rob's cover or my version. And thankfully, they liked my version, too. Kasi kung hindi nila gusto yun hindi na umakyat yung number sa Spotify. (Because if they don't like it, the number of streams on Spotify won't increase.) Now I get to listen to my young voice: my 21-year-old voice. I sing with more air now," Ogie said.
The OPM president stated that netizens described Rob's rendition as yearning, while his own interpretation reflects assurance. "I am educated to interpret the song for them."
