A fire razed three houses in Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig on Jan. 11, affecting eight families.
The Taguig City Fire Station reported that the fire started at about 1:57 p.m. from the two-storey residential structure at No. 40 Dayap St., Western Bicutan.
Firefighters raised the first alarm at 2:03 p.m. before the blaze was put out at 3:11 p.m.
The fire affected about eight families or 30 individuals. The blaze started from the second floor of one of the houses and spread. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
A total of 27 fire trucks from the Bureau of Fire Protection, volunteer groups and local government units, and four ambulances responded to the incident.
