Santiago City law school graduate places 9th in 2025 Bar

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – A law graduate of the University of La Sallete in Santiago City, Isabela – Richmond Bulan Lucas – placed ninth in the September 2025 Bar examination with a 90.45 percent rating.
Lawyer Kenneth Oliver C. Hombrebueno congratulated Lucas, 35, from Cabatuan, Isabela and
a close friend, for his achievement and thanked God for the blessing. Lucas’ milestone was celebrated by his friends and family.
Hombrebueno congratulated successful examinees and urged those who failed to try again. He said the result does not define their worth or ability.
Hombrebueno described law school as a challenging journey that builds discipline and strength.
He said passing the Bar is only the beginning of their responsibility to serve the public and uphold justice.
