Photographer's assistant nabbed for acts of lasciviousness case in Muntinlupa
Operatives from the Southern Police District (SPD) arrested a photographer’s assistant facing a case for acts of lasciviousness in Muntinlupa.
The accused, identified as alias Gilbert, 36, was nabbed when he was served a warrant of arrest by personnel from the SPD’s District Mobile Force Battalion together with the District Special Operations Unit and the Muntinlupa Police Warrant and Subpoena Section in Barangay Putatan.
Gilbert was tagged the No. 3 top most wanted person for January in Muntinlupa.
He is facing charges for acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
The warrant of arrest with a recommended bail of P180,000 was issued on Jan. 6 by Presiding Judge Wehrly Gutierrez-Mendez of the Muntinlupa Family Court Branch 8.
Gilbert is temporarily detained at the Muntinlupa police’s custodial facility pending the return of the warrant to the court.
