Indeed, if birthdays came with fashion awards, Catriona would’ve taken home the crown—again.

But while the dress was sheer, her intentions were crystal clear.

Staying true to her long-standing advocacy, Catriona also marked her birthday by reviving her annual fundraiser for children affected by cleft conditions in the Philippines.

Partnering once more with Smile Train, an organization she has supported for years, she reminded followers that over 4,000 Filipino children are born with cleft annually—each one deserving proper care and a confident smile.

Now on its fifth year, her birthday fundraiser invites fans to donate in lieu of gifts, with proceeds going toward free and comprehensive cleft care.

As a sweet bonus, donors who contribute at least 2,500 pesos receive a personalized video greeting from the birthday girl herself—proof that beauty queens really do give back in style.

As of writing, the fundraiser has already raised over 169,000 pesos toward its 200,000 pesos goal, inching closer to last year’s impressive 250,000 pesos haul.
