Teenage boy dies in motorcycle accident in Taytay

Police reported that a teenager died and two companions were injured when their motorcycle crashed in Barangay Dolores, Taytay, Rizal, on Jan. 1.

According to investigators, the victim and his friends were on board the motorcycle when the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to crash.

The victim was rushed to the hospital but later died from his injuries. 

Meanwhile, his two friends sustained multiple lacerations and abrasions after the crash. They are now in stable condition.

The parents of both the victim and the driver of the motorcycle reached a settlement, with the driver's parents agreeing to shoulder the victim's burial expenses.
