Delta Air Lines and Korean Air celebrate their clients with a special movie screening
Delta Air Lines and Korean Air hosted an exclusive screening of the movie “Wicked: For Good” in November last year at Rockwell Mall in Makati City for their clients, as part of joint customer events celebrating the seventh anniversary of their trans-Pacific joint venture.
The screening marked seven years of Delta and Korean Air’s trans-Pacific joint venture, which was formalized in 2018 and has since grown to become the world’s leading trans-Pacific joint venture. Over the years, the airlines have engaged in numerous joint customer appreciation and community events, reinforcing their shared dedication to service excellence.

The client appreciation night was designed to express gratitude to agencies and corporate partners who have been instrumental in the success of Delta and Korean Air’s joint venture.
The event was attended by representatives from agencies and corporate accounts. Delta Air Lines was represented by GSA general manager Gina Campos, regional manager Patricia Celis, sales manager Michelle Concepcion-Reyes, and Interpacific Transit marketing manager Mark Abastillas, alongside Korean Air’s sales team, who joined in welcoming guests and celebrating the evening.
“It’s an exciting time for Delta Air Lines as we celebrate our 100th anniversary,” Patricia said. “It started as an agricultural aircraft company, then transported mail, and 100 years later has become one of the leading airlines in the world—owing our success to our people and our joint venture partner, Korean Air.”

Highlighting the strong partnership with Korean Air, Patricia noted the alignment of programs such as joint corporate contracts, reciprocal frequent flyer benefits, single check-in, and a comprehensive route network. Together, Delta and Korean Air now offer 14 U.S. gateways and connections to over 250 destinations worldwide.
The “Wicked: For Good” screening was more than an entertainment event—it was a celebration of enduring partnerships, shared successes, and the exciting future ahead for Delta Air Lines and Korean Air.
