Bringas is new Isabela police chief

Police Col. Manuel B. Bringas is the new Isabela police chief.
He assumed the position in a ceremony on Jan. 5 in Ilagan City led by Police Regional Office-2 chief Police Brig. Gen. Antonio P Marallag Jr.
Bringas replaced Police Col. Lee Allen Bauding.
Bringas vowed firm leadership, strengthened community partnership, and sustained peace and order across the province.
He thanked Gov. Rodolfo T. Albano III for his continued support and Marallag for his trust and guidance.
Bringas vowed to sustain and elevate the gains achieved under Bauding.
Bringas was a Most Outstanding Isabeleño awardee in 2017.
