Bomb threat rocks Laguna city hall

SANTA ROSA CITY, Laguna - The office of the mayor here received an online bomb threat on Monday afternoon, Jan. 5.
The message threatened to kill top city hall officials and bomb the city hall.
It was sent by an alias Dan Sabs through the Santa Rosa, Laguna official forum.
The information was received by the Santa Rosa City police at 4:35 p.m. and immediately requested the assistance of the Provincial Explosive Ordnance Canine Unit for paneling.
The PECU led by Police Lt. Joey Canson, team leader, conducted paneling operation at the City Mayor's Office and adjacent offices.
The activity found no explosives or hazardous devices and ended at 4:50 p.m.
