Water cut in 4 Las Piñas barangays Jan. 10–11

The city government of Las Piñas announced that four barangays will experience a water service interruption from January 10 to 11 as Maynilad Water Services Inc. conducts regular maintenance activities to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of its distribution system in the West Zone.
Maynilad stated that the interruption will affect concessionaires in Barangays Almanza Uno, Pilar, Talon Dos, and Talon Singko from 8:00 a.m. on January 10 until 8:00 p.m. on January 11.
The water utility firm explained that the activities are part of its ongoing efforts to keep the entire distribution network in good condition. Temporary water service interruptions may occur in select areas, depending on the location and scope of the maintenance work.
Maynilad added that only small areas are usually affected, and most maintenance activities are scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize inconvenience to customers.
Residents are advised to store sufficient water ahead of the scheduled interruption. Once service is restored, customers are encouraged to let the water run briefly until it becomes clear.
