Mom gunned down while riding e-bike with minor son in Imus

CAVITE – A woman was shot to death while riding an e-bike with her minor son in Imus City on Sunday, Jan.4.
A report from the Police Regional Office 4A said the 44-year-old victim and her son were on their way home when two male suspects on board a motorcycle approached them and shot the victim twice.
The victim suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
The suspects, meanwhile, fled the crime scene.
Authorities are now looking at the wife of the victim’s live-in partner as a person of interest, who, the police report said, was “allegedly motivated by hatred.”
The Imus Component City Police Station (Imus CCPS) is now reviewing CCTV footage around the area and has requested a dragnet operation to arrest the suspects.
