10 early bird taxpayers in Muntinlupa recognized

The Muntinlupa City government recognized 10 business owners who renewed their business permits early.

The renewal of business permits for 2026 in Muntinupa has been set from Jan. 5 to 20 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Muntinlupa Sports Center in Barangay Tunasan.

Business owners in Muntinlupa can also renew their permits online via the Business E-Payment System (BeSt).

Mayor Ruffy Biazon visited the business renewal hub and awarded the 10 early bird taxpayers with baskets of grocery.

They are:

1. Mama Nene Store (Abraham Dipa Tiro)

2. People’s Choice Apartment (Ernesto Pajarillo Obra)

3. Zhia Faith Sari-Sari Store (Judy Marimla)

4. Chaulameir Enterprises (Laudemer Waminal)

5. Erchie Appliance Parts (Erchie Ebalca Tamon)

6. Shawntel RTW Store (Wilson Famulag Jr.)

7. Bob Garon & Vandevoort Consultancy Inc.

8. Aurelio's Alquiros Tailoring Shop (Aurelio Calvario Alquiros)

9. Mini-Mini Store (Cherrie Uy Flores)

10. Beecube, Inc.

The city government is also providing free rides for business owners going to the Muntinlupa Sports Center. The free rides start from the Muntinlupa City hall annex building and Alabang Central Market going to the sports center and vice versa from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
