BI to registered foreign nationals in PH: Accomplish mandatory Annual Report until March 1, 2026

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) reminded all registered foreign nationals in the Philippines to accomplish their mandatory 2026 Annual Report (AR) and the deadline is on March 1, 2026.
The BI warned that registered foreign nationals who fail to comply with the AR requirement may be subjected to administrative fines or prosecution, in accordance with existing laws.
Citing Section 10 of Republic Act No. 562, the Alien Registration Act of 1950 as amended, the BI said that all registered foreign nationals are required to report in person to the BI within the first 60 days of the calendar year.
It said that foreign nationals must complete the online registration through the BI e-services portal and present the following requirements during reporting: a valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) or original paper-based ACR, a valid passport, and the official receipt covering payment of the previous year’s AR fee.
It also said the in-person AR for the BI’s main office in Intramuros, Manila will be conducted at Robinsons Place Manila (3rd Level, Center Atrium) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, except during holidays.
It added the availability of a virtual AR system, accessible 24/7 including weekends and holidays, for qualified foreign nationals who are physically present in the Philippines and holders of valid visas. Registrants may complete the process online and pay the assessed fees via Maya, GCash, credit card, or Landbank through the BI e-services platform, it also said.
The BI also reminded that all departing registered foreign nationals are required to settle their AR obligations prior to the issuance of an Emigration Clearance Certificate (ECC-B), in compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
It stressed that the AR remains a vital component of effective alien registration and immigration monitoring.
For the complete list of participating BI offices and additional information, the registered foreign nationals are advised to visit e-services.immigration.gov.ph., the BI said.
