The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reminded private companies to submit their 13th month pay compliance report by Jan. 15 to ensure workers receive their rightful benefits.
DOLE said timely submission promotes transparency and strengthens the enforcement of labor laws protecting rank-and-file employees.
Under existing regulations, all rank-and-file workers who have rendered at least one month of service during the year are entitled to 13th-month pay, regardless of position, employment status, or method of wage payment.
The minimum 13th-month pay equals one-twelfth of an employee’s total basic salary for the year, providing a crucial financial boost at the start of 2026.
Private companies can submit their reports online via reports.dole.gov.ph, with DOLE closely monitoring compliance to guarantee Filipino workers receive their due benefits.
