Kenny Rogers Roasters begins 2026 with a stronger focus on encouraging guests to eat healthy so they can feel better every day. The brand expands its Healthy Plates lineup to offer nutritious choices that remain comforting and delicious. The original four plates — the Classic Healthy Plate, High Fiber Meal, High Protein Meal, and Low Calorie Meal — were developed to help customers meet their daily nutrition needs while still enjoying the flavors they love.
Beginning Jan. 1, three new plates join the lineup, allowing guests to enjoy these new additions alongside the brand’s trusted favorites, all certified by SGS Philippines to ensure quality and nutritional value.
Understanding the nutrition behind the plates
All Healthy Plates from Kenny Rogers Roasters are assessed using the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intake guidelines. These standards help show how much of a meal supports daily nutritional needs. Rather than focusing on numbers, customers can view the plates as providing meaningful benefits such as more protein, more fiber, or fewer calories, depending on individual needs.
The core Healthy Plate lineup
Classic Healthy
Classic Healthy
Leading the collection is the Classic Healthy Plate, featuring quarter roasted chicken served with mixed fruits, kani and mango salad, a muffin, and a drink. With 70 grams of protein, the plate covers 98% of recommended daily protein needs, making it both filling and energizing.
Returning to the lineup are three customer favorites:
High Fiber
High Fiber
The High Fiber Meal includes roasted chicken, corn and carrots, Caesar salad, and a drink. It offers 35 grams of dietary fiber, providing 138% of daily fiber needs to support digestion and longer-lasting fullness.
High Protein

The High Protein Meal features roasted chicken, Caesar salad, rice, and a drink. It provides 58 grams of protein, meeting 94% of daily protein requirements for strength and sustained energy.
Low Calorie
Low Calorie
The Low Calorie Meal is a grilled fish plate served with steamed vegetables and a drink, with 417 kilocalories. It offers a lighter option while still meeting essential nutrient needs.
New Healthy Plates for 2026
This year introduces three new additions crafted for specific lifestyle needs:
Low Sugar
Low Sugar
The Low Sugar Meal includes grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce, steamed vegetables, Cobb salad with ranch dressing, and a drink. With zero grams of sugar, it supports balanced energy without spikes.
Low Carb

Breakfast Healthy Plate
Breakfast Healthy Plate
The Breakfast Healthy Plate, available in select stores, offers roasted chicken with gravy, Caesar salad, scrambled eggs, steamed vegetables, and a drink. With 61 grams of protein, it delivers most of the recommended daily protein intake at the start of the day.
Nourishing choices for the I Love Me Better movement
The expanded Healthy Plates lineup supports the brand’s I Love Me Better campaign, which encourages customers to choose meals that help them feel energized, confident, and cared for.
Frederick Siy, CEO and president of Kenny Rogers Roasters Philippines, said the launch reflects a growing commitment to being deliciously healthy every day. “We want our guests to enjoy food that satisfies their cravings and supports their personal well-being. These Healthy Plates were created to make loving yourself through better eating both simple and enjoyable.”
With vibrant flavors and nutrition backed by SGS Philippines, the refreshed Healthy Plates collection offers diners more ways to enjoy meals aligned with their goals.
The full Healthy Plates lineup is available nationwide starting Jan. 1, with the Breakfast Healthy Plate offered in selected stores.
