Las Piñas tourism office holds development planning for boosting cultural heritage

The Las Piñas Tourism and Cultural Office (LPTCO) conducted a two-day local tourism development planning aimed at creating concrete guidelines to promote the city’s rich cultural heritage.
Paul Ahljay San Miguel, LPTCO head, said the two-day tourism development planning was a success with the help of the Department of Tourism-National Capital Region (DOT-NCR).
San Miguel also thanked their guest speakers for the educational insights on the importance of environmental protection and cultural heritage.
He said the tourism development planning is very important in establishing the rich cultural heritage in the city, like the famous “Bamboo Organ” usually visited by local and foreign tourist.
The protection of cultural heritage and the visit of foreign and local tourists in the city would also help the city’s economy grow.
