3 drug suspects arrested in Pasay City

Three drug suspects, including a minor, were arrested during the conduct of a buy-bust operation by members of the Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) on Wednesday, April 30.

Col. Joselito de Sesto, Pasay City Police chief, identified the suspects as alias “Pogs,”22; alias “Vinze,”23, and alias “Kuys,”16, all residents of Cuyegkeng St., Pasay City. They were arrested at around 11:35 p.m. along Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.

De Sesto said Kuys will be turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for rehabilitation.

Confiscated from the suspects were 38 pieces of disposable vape containing marijuana oil. They were brought to the PNP-Drug Enforcement Group in Camp Bagong Diwa and charged with violation of Section 5 of RA 9165 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
