Honda adds some excitement into its current lineup with the addition of three high-performance motorcycles and 1 electric vehicle at the Makina Moto Expo 2025. Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) unwrapped all four models at its booth at the motorcycle expo.
CUV e:
First revealed was the all-new CUV e:, Honda’s latest electric vehicle designed for sustainable mobility. It serves as the follow up to Honda’s first EV model, the new EM1 e:, launched in September 2024. The CUV e: is powered by an E-Drive side motor (brushless) delivering 5.5-kW of rear-wheel power and 6-kW at 3500 rpm, with a maximum torque of 22-Nm at 2,300 rpm and a max speed of 83-km/h. It has an estimated range of 77.3-km in standard mode, with an ECON mode extending range by 25%.
It is built with a lightweight underbone frame, held aloft with telescopic front suspension, and brought to a stop with hydraulic disc front brakes connected to a Combi Brake System (CBS). It is powered by a removable Honda Mobile Power Pack Charger e: batteries (26.1 Ah x 2), offering a full charge in just 6 hours (0-100%).
Riders of the CUV e: will get a five-inch TFT meter panel, Honda Smart Key, LED lighting, USB Type-C charging, and multiple riding modes (Standard, Econ, Sports). The CUV e: will have a suggested retail price of P273,000.
ADV350
Up next was the all-new ADV350, a rugged yet stylish adventure scooter. It is powered by a 330 cc with a 4-stroke, 4-valve, SOHC, liquid-cooled engine with eSP+. It delivers 21.5-kW at 7,500 rpm and 31.8-Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm.
The ADV350 comes with a 2-channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), adventure-look wheels, Upside-down front forks and rear suspension with subtanks to ensure stability and control on both urban roads and rugged trails. It has an 11.7L fuel tank capacity and a fuel consumption of 30.0 km/L (WMTC).
The rider gets a four-level adjustable windscreen, a five-inch full color TFT meter panel, and an in-console box with USB Charger (Type-C). It’s equipped with Honda RoadSync for smartphone connectivity, Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), all LED Lighting and auto-turn signal cancellation. Other features include a Honda Smart Key, large, 48-liter utility box under the seat, U-box Light, and seat stopper.
CB1000 Hornet
The all-new CB1000 Hornet is designed for riders who crave thrill and precision. This powerhouse is equipped with a 1000cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-stroke, 16-valve, 4-cylinder engine, generating 113-kW at 11,000 rpm and 105-Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. It’s paired with a six-speed manual transmission with a wet, multiplate clutch. Its diamond/steel frame is held up by Showa 41mm SFF-BP USD forks in front and an Ohlins monoshock damper and Prolink swingarm in the rear.
Riders get a five-inch TFT meter with customizable layout. It includes a speedometer, tachometer, clock, gear position and upshift indicator along with HISS (Honda Ignition Security System) for enhanced safety. It will be sold at a suggested retail price of P750,000.
Goldwing 50th Anniversary
The crown in the booth was the Goldwing 50th Anniversary. This large tourer is powered by a 1,833cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 24-valve, SOHC flat-6 engine. It produces max power output of 93-kW at 5,500 rpm and 170-Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. The Goldwing features a seven-speed forward and reverse dual clutch transmission (DCT) with a shaft final drive.
Soaking up the bumps are a double wishbone front suspension, and Pro-Link rear suspension. Bringing it to a stop is electronically-controlled combined ABS.
The rider gets a seven-inch full-color TFT liquid crystal display screen, and Honda Smart Key system. It comes in both the standard variant (Digital Silver Metallic) at P2,050,000 or the 50th Anniversary color (Eternal Gold) at P2,100,000. Tourer fans can look forward to its arrival in Honda Flagship and Wingshop showrooms nationwide this May 2025.
Alongside these highly anticipated releases, Honda also showcased a selection of fan-favorite premium motorcycles, including the Rebel1100, Africa Twin (DCT), and the X-ADV — each engineered to elevate the riding experience for adventure seekers and urban commuters alike.
