After hitting the pedicab, the SUV struck the center island and then reversed, crashing into two more vehicles, a sedan, and a motorcycle, that were parked along the roadside.
The driver of the SUV, a 42-year-old man, was brought to the hospital along with two passengers, including his 72-year-old mother.
