Police gathered statements, reviewed footage from the viral video, and filed formal complaints before the city prosecutor’s office on April 3. They also coordinated with hotel management and local establishments in the area to secure evidence and ensure accountability.
The Taguig police said the incident stemmed from a video posted on April 1 by the YouTube channel ATOZY titled “Scumbag IRL Streamer DESTROYS His Life in Philippines Live.”
The video showed Zdorovetskiy aggressively approaching and filming people on the street in Taguig.
In a video, Zdorovetskiy is seen talking to a woman who was walking and telling her, “Madam, I wanna f *ing rob you. You keep walking away. I wanna give you money. No. OK.”
“‘Cause you got a Covid mask, you liberal f
k. Go get your vaccine. I’m trying to give her money but all right. Trying to be nicer,” he told her.Zdorovetskiy was reportedly staying at a hotel in Fort Bonifacio during his visit.
On March 31, around 11 a.m., he was seen walking along Bonifacio High Street where the incident took place. He was caught on video confronting several individuals while live-streaming content for social media.
The police said the complaints filed against Zdorovetskiy include causing trouble and harassment in public, creating a scene, stealing a personal item, and attempting to take something that didn’t belong to him.
Those affected include security guards and workers in the area. One guard said Zdorovetskiy forcefully pulled his ID from his neck.
Another worker said the YouTuber took his hat without permission, while a third—also a security personnel—said the foreigner tried to grab his service firearm.
Recognizing the suspect’s foreign nationality, the Taguig police also coordinated with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to determine possible violations of immigration laws.
A formal request was sent to the BI for updates on the YouTuber’s current status and for guidance on further action.
The Taguig police issued a strong reminder to all visitors and online content creators to respect local laws, warning that actions meant to harass or humiliate people—whether on camera or not—can have serious consequences.
They assured the public that they are continuing to monitor the case and are committed to protecting residents from similar incidents in the future.
