Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) continues to deliver commercial vehicles to key sectors nationwide following the successful 2025 Isuzu Truck Fest. With an extensive dealership network and a strong reputation for reliability and efficiency, Isuzu trucks are utilized in various applications, including tourism, logistics, and waste management.
Sicogon Island

In partnership with Isuzu Iloilo, IPC has delivered three units of the Isuzu FTS34L to the Sicogon Island Tourism Estate Corporation. Each truck is equipped for specific tasks: one truck features a boom crane, another serves as a water tanker, and the third functions as a vacuum truck. These specialized units were selected to aid in the island’s infrastructure and tourism development. Currently, Sicogon Island lacks complete utility lines for electricity and water. The Isuzu water tanker plays a crucial role in maintaining a steady water supply by transporting water from a natural spring to residents and businesses. The vacuum truck oversees sewage operations, while the boom crane supports construction projects.
Gerry Formes, Operations Head of Sicogon Island Estate, stated, “With Isuzu, we are confident that our operations will have minimal downtime. The trucks are known for their durability, and the after-sales support Isuzu provides is strong. This is exactly what we need to keep the island’s development on track.”
Expanding distribution

IPC has also delivered 54 N-Series trucks to First PGMC Enterprises Inc., a company recognized for distributing soy sauce and vinegar nationwide. The trucks were provided by Isuzu Taytay in collaboration with Orix Rental Corporation. The fleet comprises 26 units of the NLR85, 21 units of the NMR85H, five NPR85K units, and two NQR75L models. These trucks, fitted with aluminum van bodies, are designed to transport goods from production facilities to distribution points throughout the country. The N-Series was chosen for its performance, load-carrying capacity, and reliability under demanding delivery schedules. “The Isuzu N-Series is ideal for First PGMC Enterprises because it offers the perfect balance of power, fuel efficiency, and cargo space. Its reliability ensures timely deliveries, making it the preferred choice for nationwide distribution,” explained Yoshiki Sato, IPC Assistant Division Head for Sales.
Public services in Zamboanga

To support urban sanitation, IPC delivered 10 FVR34QS AMT dump trucks to the Zamboanga City Government on February 18. Provided via Isuzu La Union, these vehicles will enhance the city’s garbage collection efforts across 98 barangays. Efficient waste management is critical in coastal areas like Zamboanga, where pollution threatens marine ecosystems. Each FVR34QS truck is powered by a 6HK1-TCN Blue Power Diesel engine, generating 177-PS and 706-Nm of torque, with a payload capacity of up to 10,835 kg. Mario Ojales, IPC Department Head for Fleet Sales, emphasized the importance of proper maintenance: “While Isuzu trucks are built for durability, regular maintenance and careful handling are essential to prevent breakdowns. That’s why we remain committed to providing ongoing support to ensure these units serve Zamboanga for many years.”
Fleet support services
To aid fleet customers, IPC offers the 'Isuzu Advantage' program, which includes free training for drivers and mechanics, ensuring that operators are equipped to maintain vehicle performance. Parts availability is supported nationwide, even in remote areas, and IPC provides mobile and roadside assistance through dedicated service vehicles and field engineers. These services are particularly beneficial for provincial businesses that rely on consistent fleet uptime. Isuzu’s long-standing reputation for reliability continues to attract repeat customers across various industries.
A business partner
Celebrating 25 consecutive years as the top truck brand in the Philippines, IPC positions itself not only as a vehicle supplier but also as a partner in enterprise growth. “At Isuzu, we don’t just sell trucks — we build partnerships. Every truck we deliver is backed by our commitment to reliability and customer support. That’s why thousands of Filipino businesses continue to trust Isuzu as their ‘Responsible Partner,’” stated Yoshiki Sato, IPC Assistant Division Head for Sales.
