IQOS and HELM cook up a multisensory dining experience

IQOS’ Stay Curious* campaign continues to make waves in unleashing and providing a one of a kind experience, and they held an exclusive private event that showcased the fusion of culinary artistry and innovation.

For the special night, Chef Josh Boutwood, a culinary maestro renowned for his produce-driven concepts and The Test Kitchen, curated an event that engaged the senses and perfectly complemented IQOS’ quest to provide unexpected pleasures to legal age nicotine users.

He crafted a six-course dinner at his interactive kitchen, HELM, allowing legal-aged guests to experience the nuances of IQOS through taste, aroma, and visual presentation.

The six-course curiosity inspired dinner experience

Chef Boutwood’s creations delighted the palate and engaged all five senses, offering an immersive culinary journey.

The first course set out the tone for the entire experience. It consists of fresh tuna with marinated melons introducing bright, complex flavors with layers of ginger, lime, and ube. It was followed by a soup dish - egg chawanmushi paired with shrimp, mushrooms, and floral accents that offered a balanced richness. It presented a beautiful mix of colors. While the bread-and-butter trio provided a creative, flavorful pause. The fourth course was one of the crowd favorites that featured steamed Atlantic halibut.

A dinner highlight was an Australian wagyu delivered with bold umami depth, paired with fermented vegetable paste. The team wrapped up the dining experience with a refreshing blend of tartness and sweetness.

Each course showcased by Chef Boutwood and his HELM team was a meticulous artistry and flavor harmony, successfully bringing out the premium essence of IQOS.

Through this exclusive event, IQOS not only introduced a new product but also redefined the way tobacco experiences can be enjoyed, combining technology and culinary artistry to engage the senses in unprecedented ways.
