TRABAHO Party-list has posted on Sunday, April 6 a heartfelt birthday greeting for Melai Cantiveros-Francisco, one of its celebrity endorsers.
Cantiveros-Francisco champions the labor reform advocacies of the group, which aims to win a seat in the House of Representatives in the upcoming May 12 mid-term elections. She turned 37 on Sunday.
The greeting featured a reel compilation showing fun and candid antics of Cantiveros-Francisco as well as her interaction with the public during their motorcade campaigns and market visits.
In the reel, the comedienne was seen dancing with workers during her visit with TRABAHO in the Navotas Fisheries Port Complex on Saturday night.
Cantiveros-Francisco was also described as “walang arte (no fuss)” at “makamasa (a friend of the masses)”, given her friendly and gracious nature.

In a market visit in Pasig, she was also seen eating "kamayan style (eating with her hands)" with meat vendors and members of TRABAHO Party-list.
Amid all the fun interactions, TRABAHO says that Cantiveros-Francisco places a premium on ensuring that the labor sector knows the advocacies that they stand for.
The party-list promises to reform labor laws that would provide more benefits and improved working conditions to employees and laborers, especially low-income earners.
Cantiveros-Francisco rose to fame in 2009, after winning Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up. In 2015, she won the first season of the Filipino version of Your Face Sounds Familiar.
