Actor Archie Alemania has yet to surface days after an arrest warrant was issued against him by a Bacoor court.
In an order dated March 18, the Bacoor City Municipal Trial Court issued an arrest warrant against the actor after it found "probable cause" to hold him for trial.
“Considering that the accused is at large, let a warrant of arrest be issued against him," the order read.
The warrant stemmed from the acts of lasciviousness complaint filed by actress-singer Rita Daniela against him following an encounter October last year.

According to Rita, Archie forcibly kissed and groped her when he brought her home after attending a party.
Archie has denied the allegation.
Bacoor prosecutors nonetheless indicted Archie after they found prima facie case with reasonable certainty of conviction.
They also recommended that he be penalized under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code.
Rita's legal counsel, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, aired hope that the actor would be apprehended soon.
"We hope for the immediate apprehension of the accused so the court can already acquire jurisdiction over his person and for the hearings to be started as soon as possible," Maggie told "24 Oras."
"In the end, Rita just (wants) to achieve the justice that she deserves," she added.
