Samsung promises a tight security with this device with the Samsung Knox Vault—a hardware-based security solution that Samsung has been using since 2013. It stores sensitive information such as biometrics to keep them safe from unauthorized access.
To top this, the Samsung Weaver boosts password security, which slows down access attempts are repeated failures to unlock the device.
Samsung says the Galaxy A06 will continue to receive four years of security updates.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A06 runs with a Dimensity 6300 and 4GB of RAM. It’s IP54, which is pretty awesome to have these days. 5000mAh battery with a 25W charging is a nice touch as well.
Samsung has also developed an ecosystem, which includes easier transfer of files and old data to a new device. This is Samsung Smart Switch. Quick Share is another way to send files to others to other Samsung and Android devices.
