Malacañang said it has no information on the alleged inclusion of Vice President Sara Duterte on the International Criminal Court's (ICC) arrest list.

Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro also said that the Philippine government is not directly dealing with the ICC to gain information about its arrest list.
Castro even branded it as "very hypothetical."
"Sa kasalukuyan po, ang inyong katanungan ay very hypothetical so wala po kaming masasabi patungkol po diyan at (Currently, your question is very hypothetical, so we have no comment about that and) we're not dealing directly with the ICC," Castro said in a Palace briefing on Wednesday, April 30.
"Kung mayroon pong katanungan patungkol po diyan, mas maganda po kung makikipag-usap sila sa ICC. Wala po tayong anumang impormasyon mula sa ICC (If they have a question about that, it is better to reach out to the ICC. We have no any information from the ICC)," she added.
Duterte, herself, said she believes she is on the ICC's arrest list, adding that there are many of them on the list.
The Palace official advised the Vice President to verify her information from her source.
"Kung saan po nakuha ng Bise Presidente ang kanilang mga impormasyon, mas mabuti po sana kung sa kanila kukunin dahil sa panahon po ngayon, wala po pa kaming masasabi patungkol po diyan (It is better for the Vice President to verify her information to where she got it from, because at this time, we cannot say anything about that)," she said.
Former president Rodrigo Duterte is currently under the custody of the ICC for crimes against humanity.
