PDEA: P7.6-M worth of ecstasy seized at Port of Clark

A total of P7,634,700 worth of party drug tablets Ecstasy were seized in an interdiction operation at the Port of Clark in Pampanga on Wednesday, April 2.

In a statement, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Clark Interdiction Unit chief said that the shipment containing the illegal drugs emanated from Belgium and arrived at the Port of Clark last March 29.

The operation was based on the information of the arrival of shipment containing the illegal drugs.

In the presence of PDEA Clark personnel and other witnesses, the Bureau of Custom (BOC) Port of Clark examined the package which later yielded the positive result of ecstasy.
