The Taguig City government launched the Residents' Easy Access to City Hall (REACH) system for easy tax payments.
The REACH self-service kiosks will be placed in Taguig’s 38 barangays and can be used by residents to pay taxes.
REACH was developed by Taguig’s City Treasurer's Office, Information Technology Office, and Business Permits and Licensing Office.

Through the kiosks, residents can generate their statement of accounts and pay via QRPH or in cash at the city hall or SM Aura Satellite Office using the receipt generated by the machine.
City Treasurer Voltaire Enriquez said the development of REACH corresponds with Taguig’s growing economy.
He said in 2010, the city’s total collections amounted to P1.5 billion. This increased to P20 billion in 2024.
“More money, more transactions pero we always find solutions to make doing business in Taguig easier,” he said.
Barangay personnel underwent training for the operation of the REACH kiosks.
