This June will be your last chance to update some LG phones you may still have in you. These updates will be for the LG G and V series. Also included are Velvet and Wing, which, I’m not too sure if those have been released here.
I wouldn’t blame you if you’re still using one of the G or V LG phones. LG makes good phones, in my most humble opinion. The G2 and the G3, if you recall back in the day, was one of the most talked-about smartphones and has always been a top contender in the industry.
They’re also very sturdy for some reason. My personal G3 and before that, I’ve had two entry-level LG phones – forgive me, I can’t remember their names – have suffered a ton of drops and they continued to work pretty much fine.
It’s hilarious to remember the biggest complaint of these phones is the placement of the back button, which again, for me, was perfect, as I had more reach and control without fumbling around.
In any case, RIP LG phones. You are remembered. You are missed. Thanks for the one final update. By the way, this update goes up to Android 13 only.
