The Quezon City government announced on Monday, April 28, that the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has designated early voting hours for vulnerable sectors in the upcoming May 12 national and local elections.

The Comelec will open polling places from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m. exclusively for senior citizens, Person with Disabilities, and pregnant women before the regular 7:00 a.m. opening. The initiative will be implemented nationwide.
Qualified voters in Quezon City are urged to take advantage of the early voting hours to avoid long lines and crowded conditions.
Meanwhile, residents from other sectors are encouraged to vote starting 7:00 a.m.
